All Thompson employees are I.I.C.R.C. - certified, (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in the areas they clean.  We are devoted to solving your cleaning and restoration challenges.

Thompson’s Steam Way, Inc. is a preferred service provider for warranty customers of major carpet manufacturers including Stain Master®, Shaw°, DuPont®, Solutia°, and Monsanto®. Providing service for the manufacturers requires expertise that most carpet cleaning companies cannot provide.
