Professional carpet and rug cleaners are fully trained and accredited WoolSafe Fibre Care Specialists, have many years of experience and we will only use WoolSafe Approved cleaning products on your natural fibre carpets and rugs!

We highly recommended that, when possible, area rugs, especially Oriental Rugs and investment textiles be cleaned in-plant rather than on-location since it offers more of a controlled environment

Prepare area rug for cleaning in shop
All rugs are pre-treated prior to cleaning for optimal soil removal.
Pre-Vacuum
We use commercial vacuum cleaner to remove particulates.
Pre-Dye Test
We pre-dye test if necessary. Pre-treatments: for rugs containing urine, other contaminants, or orders before cleaning.
Wrap & Deliver
We will wrap your rug in protective plastic and deliver to your home. Then place it back to it original placement.
