Move Furniture

We pre-vacuum with a commercial vacuum cleaner to remove the dry particulates.
Pre-Treat
We pre-treat the areas to be cleaned with inline hot water and chemical.
Pre-Scrub
We pre-scrub in both directions with tile pre-scrubber & hand brushing all grout lines.
Clean
Tile & Grout Equipment
Steam clean with truck mounted hot water extraction, bringing it back to it original form.
Seal
Protective Coating
We recommend sealing grout lines at time of cleaning to help you maintain your clean tile with a steam mop.
Maintain
Proper Tile Cleaners
Avoid bleach or other hard chemicals that might destroy sealants, or harm the grout.

- • Always vacuum and/or sweep before mopping to eliminate as much dry soil as possible.
- • Always rinse after you mop.
- • Avoid using bleach and other harsh chemical cleaners that might break down the grout and sealants.
